Good morning folks,

One month to go before our concert!! Here is what I recorded of our full choir songs last night (except I missed THIS IS MY HOME) :

Altos had their sectional before rehearsal last night, and I will send their recordings in a separate email. Please try to attend your upcoming sectional:

TENORS: Friday at 6:30pm, BARITONES at 8:00pm.

SOPRANOS: Saturday at 9 am.

I will record these as well and send them to each group. Continue to focus on what needs your attention. We will have a thorough ladies only practice next week (sorry - ran out of time last night!)

It isn't too early to ask your contacts to save the date: May 8th at 7:30 at the Riverside Church.

Also, continue to promote ticket sales for the BCCF raffle (refer to the update that Lisa sent).

Speaking of the BCCF...consider participating in one of their Chorfests, held at the end of May. It is an excellent opportunity to learn from others and sing in a larger group. Refer to the newsletter that Doreen forwarded, or go to the BCCF website.

It would also be worthwhile to attend concerts presented by other choirs:

Chilliwack Rock Choir: April 13th and 14th @ 7:30

Valley Festival Singers (Abbotsford): 50th anniversary concert - Saturday APRIL 18th @ 7 pm and Sunday 19th @ 3 pm

Serenata Singers (Mission): Saturday May 3 @ 7:30

(OUR CONCERT - Friday May 8th at 7:30)

JoyVox & Voce Destino (with special guests, the National Youth Choir!!) (Abbotsford) - May 9th @ 7 pm

Philomusica Chorus (Chilliwack): May 11th @ 7:30 - Rotary Hall, cultural centre

Pacific Voices - all ages of children to adults - AMAZING!!!! organization (Abbotsford) - June 6th @ 2 pm and 7 pm
